02Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account with x555com, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. x555com does not permit minors to register or access any product on the platform. If x555com becomes aware that a minor has registered, the account will be closed immediately and any funds returned subject to applicable verification checks.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where use of the x555com platform is permitted. It is your responsibility to confirm that online betting is lawful in your specific location before registering.
• Identity: You must register using accurate, complete and current personal information. Providing false details at registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one x555com account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a prohibited activity and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

03Account Management

Your x555com account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. x555com will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your x555com login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication through your account security settings for an additional layer of protection.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact x555com support immediately at support@x555com.bet.
• x555com may temporarily restrict or close an account if unusual activity is detected, pending investigation. This is a protective measure and does not imply any assumption of wrongdoing.
• Accounts that have been inactive — defined as no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months — may be classified as dormant. x555com will contact you using your registered details before applying any dormancy administration fee.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting x555com support. Closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable verification checks.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on x555com are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The platform supports Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on x555com is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will be held until the threshold is met or returned at the player's request.
• Withdrawal to same method: x555com operates a same-method withdrawal policy where possible. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Processing times: Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request submission. VIP Gold tier and above members receive priority processing. Platinum and Diamond members receive instant transfers for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals up to Rs 1,00,000.
• Verification requirements: Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 may require additional identity verification before processing. x555com will notify you of any documents required at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Deposit fees: x555com does not charge fees on deposits. Standard payment network fees, if any, are applied by the payment provider and are outside x555com's control.

05Bonuses & Promotions

x555com offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, weekly cashback through the VIP Club, and referral rewards through the Refer a Friend programme. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to Pakistani players aged 18 and above with a verified x555com account.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once per lifetime account. Attempting to claim welcome bonuses on multiple accounts is a prohibited activity.
• Unless a specific promotion states that a bonus is "no wagering", all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times before a withdrawal can include bonus-derived winnings. Wagering requirements may vary per promotion and will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is issued.

• x555com reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Active wagering commitments at the time of cancellation will be honoured at the original promotion terms.

06Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on x555com are subject to the general betting rules below, as well as sport-specific and game-specific rules which are published within each relevant product section of the platform.

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once x555com has confirmed the transaction and the bet appears in your account betting history.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by product, market, event and account tier. These limits are displayed at the point of placing each bet and may be adjusted by x555com at any time.
• x555com operates a void-bet policy for events that are abandoned, cancelled or significantly altered before completion. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds or game payouts — for example, a decimal odds value that is clearly a technical fault — x555com reserves the right to void the affected bets. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at x555com's discretion. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted.
• All RNG card games and slots on x555com use independently certified random number generation. Results cannot be predicted or manipulated. Published RTP values are long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
• Live dealer game rules, including card-drawing rules for Baccarat and hand rankings for Teen Patti, follow standard international formats and are displayed in the game lobby before each session begins.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x555com and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities. This list is not exhaustive.

• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification or ongoing account operation.

08Responsible Gaming

11Limitation of Liability
